Gathered Lore is a unique artist’s book, crafted slowly and with deep reverence for nature’s quiet narratives.
 
Built upon a recycled board book, it has been transformed through layers of antique paper, onto which botanical images have been delicately transferred. Some are drawn from timeworn botanical texts; others are photographs of seed heads I’ve gathered—fragile moments held still.
 
Its spine is wrapped in fabric, hand-printed using real botanicals through eco-dyeing, a soft echo of the living forms it once held.
 
Each book takes many hours to create. Time, texture, and care are folded into every page, inviting you to pause, to peer closer, and to lose yourself in the layered stories whispered by leaf and light.
 
 
This is made from vintage materials...please expect signs of wear on the materials. Due to the amount of collage on each page, the book doesn't close. It is to be displayed standing open.
 
The book is approximately 3 x 3 x 1.25 inches.
