Nature Boxes - For Those Who Gather

Do you gather small things from walks and never know what to do with them?
Nature Boxes, my self-paced online class, shows you how to turn them into tactile keepsakes.
This is a calm, unhurried class with lifetime access and subtitles in five languages. There are no deadlines, no wrong answers, and no rushing. Just you, your hands, and the quiet satisfaction of making something layered, beautiful, and entirely your own.
Finished nature boxes and framed works
Class one - Nature Boxes- Learn the core practice
Imagine your found treasures... feathers, seed pods, shells... gathered into intimate little worlds of their own.
If you love gathering shells, seed pods, feathers or found fragments on your walks but don’t know how to use them creatively, this new class will show you how.
You’ll learn how to transform your collected fragments into charming 3D nature boxes; layered and full of quiet meaning, so each piece becomes a memory rather than a forgotten pocketful.

My personal message to you about these classes

In these lessons, I share the techniques that sit at the heart of my own practice, the methods that shape my aesthetic and make my work feel resolved. I’ll guide you to create small, meaningful artworks that feel both refined and deeply personal.
Artist, Author, Teacher, Contributor, Curator - More about me
I create using found objects, old papers and photographs. I’m fascinated by the lives of ‘ordinary’ people…how they lived day to day, the minutiae of everyday life. Found materials intrigue me but also bring a sense of sadness and poignancy that they were discarded.
